How to train your dragon 3D
A review of the hit movie How to train your dragon
How to Train Your Dragon is a great new animation adventure by DreamWorks. This animation has been created with care and attention to detail absorbing its viewers into a fun and colorful Viking community and its struggle with dragons.
No expense has been spared which certainly shoed from the graphics used and exciting action sequences to the voices of characters (authentic Scottish accents including Gerard Butler, Jay Baruchel and Craig Ferguson).
A brief synopsis of the story is that Berk (a Viking tribe) is beset by fire-breathing dragons. Most of the tribe try to knock them from the sky and one kid named Hiccup is no exception. Hiccup does eventually wounds a rare dragon but does not have the heart to kill it – instead he becomes friends with it. The dragon is name Toothless and together Hiccup and Toothless go on a 3D adventure. We won’t want to ruin the ending so you are going to have to watch it for yourselves.

Although 3Dfilms are getting a lot of hype at the moment this film really does benefit from having a third dimension alluding especially to the parts when Hiccup is flying on his dragon. Although it is more effective in 3D the film still looks great in 2D and can be enjoyed without having to wear glasses. Overall How to train your dragon is a fast paced, colorful and fun frolic that deserves to be watched.
Experience the third dimension in films.
