LG have just released their first 3D ready TV for the consumer market – the LX9900LCD TV.

LG are known for their quality and innovative technology and they have certainly hit home with the LED LX9900. This sleek and stylish 3D TV is of course full LED and comes complete with TruMotion 400Hz for ultra-smooth sleek images.

The LX9900 also comes packed with Freeview HD, a 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and four HDMI 1.4 ports. Users will get a much sharper and higher quality image along with a stylish ultra-slim Infina design.

LG are offering two sizes for the LX9900 – either a 47 inch or a whopping 55 inch screen. The TV  comes with built in Freeview HD and is compatible with the new SKY 3D channel and LG’s 3D Blu-ray player (BX580 3D). Viewers will also have access to the LG Netcast which give access to an abundance of internet applications ie. YouTube through the TV.

The 3D TV works by using active 3D technology i.e all the hard work of converting the image into 3D is undertaken by the glasses.The system within the glasses can show high definition up to 1080p so you’ll really feel the intense, cinematic experience.
