The C7000 is one mean piece of kit. It looks fantastic and as you can expect from a Samsung it’s crammed full of incredible technology and features.
3D – is it any good?
Although there are many features to the C7000 let’s cut to the chase – is the 3D element any good? Well first up let us mention that to watch the 3D content on the C7000 you will need a pair of active shutter 3D glasses. Thankfully each 3D TV comes with a pair but do bear in mind that additional glasses cost around £60 each. HOWEVER the 3D effect that is achieved from this TV is incredible. As can be expected from 3D the images literally pop out at you with such vividness and quality you (and your friends) are going to be suitably impressed.
C7000 review
The C7000 comes in a number of different sizes so you can tailor your screen to a room; sizes range from a 36 inch up to a whopping 50 inch TV. As mentioned the Samsung C7000 gives users a fantastic image via a full HD 1080p resolution and Samsung HyperReal Engine. The 200Hz motion plus also means that watching fast moving sports and movies will not result in blurred pictures but crisp, vivid details. The ultra clear panel is also able to reduce reflection and increase contrast for a better picture. Put it this way you won’t be disappointed with the quality.

Connectivity + extras Although the 3D aspect is a big plus don’t just think that’s it all it can do. The Samsung TV also features a fantastic Freeview HD picture, incredibly sharp images and is internet enabled. You’re not left behind in the connectivity stakes, either. Users can choose from ethernet sockets enabling you to connect to Samsung’s ‘internet@TV’ service meaning you can download a huge selection of movies. All in all a fantastic TV. Yes it costs a fair few quid but quality comes at a price … and you know what they say ‘you pay for what you get’ |
It’s not all about the looks, the C7000 sounds great too as it comes with SRS Theatre Sound which envelopes you with rich, stunning surround sound. We also like the fact that the speakers are discreetly hidden so you still recieve a big picture.

Overall Samsung have done a stirling job releasing the C7000 the first 3DTV into the UK and we hope they’ll just get better and better. With its explosive 3D capabilities and immersive HyperReal Engine, it will deliver the world into your lounge as you’ve never seen it before.
You can buy extra 3D glasses for the Samsung C7000.
